Lulu and I are hunkered down in Seal Rock RV Cove until New Year’s Eve. Wind and rain make it easy to stay indoors this Christmas Day to cook up lentils, yams, and vegetables for a hearty meal. It’s good to want for something, I’m wanting for feta cheese to finish the flavors.
Today, I’m thinking of family and friends, thankful for their health and well being, ever hopeful for peace and goodwill towards all.
May the spirit of Christmas stay with us long after this day passes.
