It’s been a good stay in Sausalito. Some crew ventured into San Fransisco by local bus, or by ferry. I did not, but rather enjoyed walks and observing the local mariners commuting from their anchored homes (boats) in the harbor, the pods of touristing kayakers exploring the area, stand up paddle boarders, shell rowers, and occasional swimmers doing their thing.
I’ve downloaded an audio book, Cannery Row, which takes place in Monterey, our next Port of call. As we’ll be underway overnight, it will be my entertainment while on night watch.
Really loving this blog! I hope you can keep it coming:) I can’t believe how quickly you made SF. And all pretty much motoring. Hope you continue with the nice weather and that all is well on board the boat, provisions hold up well and you enjoy the next leg.
It’s fun to get comments on the blog, thanks!!
All is well, I’m loving it!
FYI …. I am living vicariously through you!!! Wild and wreckless…come home happy!! XOX
